A Strategic Plan Progress Update for P+Ex took place at the ICRI Fall Convention.
The meeting highlighted ongoing efforts to extend the service life of the built environment and advance sustainability efforts. Over the last six months, key progress has been made, including:
- Strategic Plan approved by the Board
- Support from ICRI and Nex (ACI Center of Excellence)
- Memorandums of Understanding are pending
Teams are being formed to help manage the execution of the Strategic Plan with a focus on the following goals:
- Highlight societal benefits of enhanced service life of infrastructure
- Develop strategies to conserve resources and reduce environmental impact
- Raise awareness of the financial benefits
